We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager/Chief Engineer to lead our facility operations at Essential Model. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the seamless functioning of our Maintenance Department, ensuring all operational systems run at peak efficiency. You'll spearhead preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize resource allocation to minimize downtime while maximizing equipment longevity.

- Oversee daily maintenance operations ensuring optimal facility performance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for critical systems
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory control, and resource allocation
- Lead and mentor maintenance technicians while assigning work orders
- Coordinate with external contractors and specialized service providers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and coordinate rapid resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Certification in facility maintenance (e.g., CPM, CFM) preferred
- Proven experience managing maintenance teams and budgets
- Expertise in CMMS software and maintenance planning tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
