Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of plant maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility systems, ensuring optimal operational readiness.
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and minimize breakdowns.
- Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, manage spare parts inventory, and analyze maintenance performance data.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for significant equipment failures and implement effective long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to support new projects, process improvements, and operational synergies.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) License in the Philippines.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial plant setting.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop personnel.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and advanced maintenance techniques (e.g., predictive maintenance, reliability engineering).
- In-depth knowledge of industrial safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in Batino, Laguna.
