Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant machinery, production lines, and support systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate tools and technical manuals.
- Install, assemble, and adjust new equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and reduce downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety protocols and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within the chemical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical schematics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Valid Driver's License is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
