Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Conduct detailed troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve mechanical failures efficiently.
- Analyze equipment data to identify trends and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute capital maintenance projects.
- Inspect facilities to identify potential hazards and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility or plant maintenance engineering.
- Familiarity with P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and technical schematics.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adhere to strict safety protocols.
