Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient operations
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical systems
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets effectively
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and maintenance practices
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems and CMMS software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and training
- Certification in relevant maintenance or safety programs is advantageous
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
