Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor the inventory levels of critical equipment spare parts to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary maintenance materials.
- Process purchase orders accurately and maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conduct regular audits of maintenance equipment to identify needs and update the asset register.
- Assist in the organization of the maintenance office, ensuring tools and documentation are easily accessible.
- Communicate maintenance requirements and inventory status to relevant department heads.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all storage and handling procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or office support roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of technical equipment and maintenance terminology.
