As a Maintenance Officer, you will work closely with the production team to minimize downtime through rigorous preventive maintenance schedules and rapid-response troubleshooting. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all production machinery and facility equipment.
- Perform rapid troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and suggest upgrades or modifications to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility infrastructure to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, spare parts inventory, and documentation for all completed repairs.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to install and commission new manufacturing equipment.
- Provide training and support to machine operators regarding basic equipment care and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficiency in using standard industrial hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on root-cause analysis and long-term problem solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
- Willingness to work on shifts if required by operational demands.
