Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Overhaul machinery and replace defective components according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintenance of accurate maintenance logs and compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of maintenance experience in oil & gas or mining industries
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and troubleshooting methodologies
- Certification in heavy equipment maintenance (e.g., Caterpillar, Komatsu) preferred
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and maintenance management software
- Valid certification in occupational safety standards (SMK3/K3)
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and physically demanding environments
