Join Royal Lestari Utama as a Maintenance Officer and play a pivotal role in preserving critical infrastructure assets. Based at Site Tebo in Jambi, you will develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for roads, bridges, Non-Forestry areas, Main Plantation Paths, culverts, and other vital infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise directly contributes to operational efficiency and sustainability goals. Your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance planning, infrastructure condition assessments, and coordinating repair activities to ensure optimal performance while adhering to environmental and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities for roads, bridges, culverts, and plantation infrastructure
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards
- Manage maintenance teams and resources to ensure timely project completion
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders for repair implementations
- Develop preventive maintenance programs to extend asset lifespan
- Monitor infrastructure conditions and recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance
- Strong knowledge of road and bridge maintenance techniques
- Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling software
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety and environmental regulations
- Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors
- Ability to work independently in remote locations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
