Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair defects to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventories.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or major overhauls.
- Perform general building upkeep, including painting, carpentry, and landscaping support.
- Conduct regular safety checks and assist in emergency preparedness drills.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in facilities or property maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and general repair procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Good communication skills and a professional work ethic.
- Valid certificate in First Aid is an advantage.
