Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and daily inspections on production machinery and facility equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out effective repairs to minimize operational downtime.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed during maintenance activities.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues and implement immediate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventory.
- Assist in upgrading or modifying existing equipment to improve overall efficiency and safety standards.
- Report any potential safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or abnormal working conditions to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in factory maintenance, equipment repair, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic mechanical principles, hydraulics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, operation manuals, and blueprints.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.
