Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic system faults efficiently.
- Conduct daily safety checks and ensure all maintenance activities comply with strict safety regulations.
- Document maintenance logs, repair records, and operational reports accurately.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, and adjustment of new production equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing role.
- Strong knowledge of basic mechanical principles, troubleshooting techniques, and hand tools.
- Familiarity with reading technical schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if required.
- Valid ID card and eligibility to work in Indonesia.
