Diversys Spectrum Products, Inc., a leading manufacturing company based in Laguna, Calabarzon, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Personnel to join our team. In this full-time role, you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our production machinery and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include performing general repairs, conducting electrical troubleshooting, and executing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize output.
We value technical expertise and a proactive approach. As part of our maintenance team, you will collaborate with production staff, diagnose faults, and implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electrical systems, mechanical components, and diagnostic tools. We offer a competitive salary of ₱17,000 to ₱18,000 per month, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional development in a supportive environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair of control systems, motors, and wiring.
- Inspect and test machinery to identify malfunctions and determine corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history.
- Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
Kualifikasi
- At least vocational diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLC, motors, and control panels.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a shift schedule and respond to emergency breakdowns.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
