- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all office areas
- Sanitize and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
- Manage waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners regularly
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies inventory to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Identify and report maintenance issues such as broken fixtures or equipment malfunctions
- Assist with minor repairs and facility upkeep tasks as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Coordinate with team members to ensure comprehensive coverage of all maintenance areas
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance roles preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment operation
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
