As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive maintenance strategies that minimize downtime, optimize resource allocation, and extend the lifespan of our critical assets. You will work closely with production teams to align maintenance activities with operational goals, ensuring that safety standards are met while maximizing productivity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and work orders for plant machinery and equipment.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify potential failures and plan preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure resources, tools, and personnel are available for scheduled tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and materials to prevent operational delays.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and review maintenance reports to track downtime, costs, and efficiency metrics.
- Collaborate with production managers to adjust maintenance plans based on production shifts and priorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management software or CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and operation manuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Valid driving license is often preferred for site visits.
