In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational reliability, ensuring that our port infrastructure and machinery are maintained to the highest safety and efficiency standards.
As our Maintenance Planner, you will bridge the gap between operations and maintenance, transforming reactive repairs into proactive strategies. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize asset lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work orders to ensure optimal equipment availability.
- Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to minimize disruptions to port terminal activities.
- Manage the maintenance backlog and ensure preventive maintenance (PM) schedules are strictly followed.
- Prepare comprehensive work packages, including material requirements, labor hours, and safety procedures.
- Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Oversee inventory management for critical spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations during all maintenance operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or plant maintenance roles.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-demand industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and workplace safety protocols.
