Leslie Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our engineering team in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, responsible for the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Your primary objective is to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime through proactive planning and effective resource management.
As our Maintenance Planner, you will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure that maintenance tasks are executed seamlessly. You will translate maintenance requirements into actionable schedules, manage spare parts availability, and track key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment and infrastructure.
- Analyze maintenance backlogs and prioritize work orders based on urgency, resource availability, and operational impact.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure all necessary spare parts and materials are available prior to scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and maintenance KPIs to identify trends and improve overall reliability.
- Facilitate weekly planning meetings with production and engineering supervisors to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance history, costs, and documentation within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Conduct regular field inspections to verify work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or plant reliability roles.
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
- Deep understanding of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.
