RYADTECH SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic engineering team in Sarawak. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and scheduling of all Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the operational readiness of our facilities, coordinating resources efficiently, and minimizing equipment downtime.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all plant machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities to address operational issues with minimal delay.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure materials are available and ready for maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to prioritize work orders based on criticality and business impact.
- Track and update the status of all maintenance activities within the management system.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to company safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and propose improvements for future planning efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or engineering support.
- Strong understanding of PM/CM processes, maintenance management principles, and reliability engineering.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technicians, engineers, and management.
