- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for poultry and swine farm equipment
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify maintenance priorities and optimize resource allocation
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and ensure operational continuity
- Order maintenance parts and materials while managing inventory control systems
- Prepare maintenance reports, documentation, and cost analysis for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex equipment issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all maintenance operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in agricultural or food processing industries
- Strong knowledge of poultry/swine farm equipment and operational systems
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance software
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple maintenance tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for equipment failure diagnostics
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within farm premises
