Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for all plant equipment.
- Coordinate with production departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize operational downtime.
- Analyze equipment failure data to identify recurring issues and propose long-term technical solutions.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are available while optimizing stock levels.
- Generate detailed performance reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
- Collaborate with contractors and external vendors to ensure timely completion of specialized maintenance tasks.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards during all maintenance planning and execution phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning or reliability engineering within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar ERP software.
- Deep understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced field setting.
- Strong command of technical documentation and reporting.
