Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive maintenance schedules for palm oil processing equipment and machinery
- Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities across mill operations
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify optimization opportunities and failure trends
- Prepare work orders, allocate resources, and monitor maintenance execution timelines
- Collaborate with procurement teams for spare parts inventory management and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards (ISO, OHSAS)
- Generate maintenance performance reports and continuous improvement recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance planning experience in manufacturing or agro-industry
- Proficiency in CMMS software (SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, hydraulic systems, and process machinery
- Certification in maintenance planning (CMRP, CRL) or project management (PMP) preferred
- Experience working in palm oil, sugar, or similar processing facilities advantageous
- Advanced problem-solving skills with root cause analysis methodology expertise
