Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and update preventive maintenance schedules for facility machinery and transport equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all maintenance activities and service requests.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize repair tasks based on operational needs.
- Monitor inventory levels for spare parts and critical maintenance materials.
- Generate periodic reports on equipment uptime, maintenance costs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance during all maintenance planning phases.
- Act as a point of contact for service contractors and internal department requests.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance planning, logistics, or industrial operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge information between technical and administrative departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is highly preferred.
