Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new sales leads for maintenance contracts, service agreements, and spare parts.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to analyze client cooling and ventilation needs.
- Present and demonstrate Daikin's maintenance solutions to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and value.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and negotiate contracts to secure business deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with the technical service team to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance work.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new Daikin product innovations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC, building management, or industrial machinery sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into client benefits.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites.
