Are you a seasoned technical leader with a passion for industrial excellence? Emdeki Utama is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Section Head to join our team in Gresik. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will lead a high-performing maintenance team, oversee complex machinery, and implement strategic maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production output.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels in fast-paced industrial environments. You will be responsible for balancing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks while ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for all critical production machinery.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot failures, and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement of necessary technical components.
- Coordinate with production departments to schedule maintenance windows that minimize operational downtime.
- Enforce strict compliance with company safety standards, local regulations, and quality management systems.
- Oversee facility infrastructure repairs and utility management to ensure continuous operation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and heavy industrial machinery.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- Deep understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
