Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to execute preventive/corrective maintenance
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules optimizing equipment uptime and lifecycle
- Overhaul machinery systems including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production departments to minimize operational disruption
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Manage maintenance budgets and inventory control for spare parts
- Prepare technical documentation and maintenance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong expertise in CMMS systems and maintenance planning methodologies
- Certification in predictive maintenance techniques preferred
- Proven track record in reducing equipment downtime and maintenance costs
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex mechanical/electrical systems
- Advanced proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 standards and safety regulations
