Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute maintenance activities for optical manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reliability
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and optical issues in manufacturing equipment
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize operational disruption
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory
- Identify opportunities for equipment improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Train junior technicians on maintenance procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in optics or precision manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and optical components
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment maintenance software
- Experience with preventative maintenance planning and execution
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Certification in relevant maintenance engineering is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
