Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting on a diverse range of heavy machinery and rental equipment.
- Conduct thorough safety checks and ensure all equipment complies with local safety regulations and company standards.
- Respond to service requests promptly and perform on-site repairs to minimize downtime for our customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to schedule maintenance windows and service appointments.
- Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and care.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a maintenance or service technician role.
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record; willingness to travel within the West Region.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
