Are you an experienced engineering professional looking for a pivotal role in a large-scale facility? CBRE is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Shift Lead to oversee the maintenance operations within our state-of-the-art data center. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of facility management, including executing preventative maintenance schedules and managing corrective and reactive repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily maintenance operations and ensure strict compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to minimize system downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose and perform corrective and reactive repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools to ensure timely maintenance execution.
- Conduct scheduled inspections and troubleshoot complex building management issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and facility upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and incident documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance or building engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures and building systems.
- Relevant engineering or technical certification (e.g., WSE, BCA) is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a maintenance team or shift operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in technical documentation.
