Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure the continuous operation of recycling machinery and production lines.
- Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, plant policies, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential equipment failures and mitigate risks.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians and maintenance staff to foster a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of critical components.
- Analyze equipment breakdowns to implement root cause repairs and long-term preventive solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shift reports, maintenance logs, and performance KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (D3/S1).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing or plastics recycling industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC systems, conveyor systems, hydraulic systems, and industrial motors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams under pressure.
- Valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A) is mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal communication).
