TACO Group, a market leader in interior furniture solutions and high-quality surfacing materials, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Shift Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Cikande, Banten. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the operational efficiency of our production lines, specifically focusing on Vinyl, SPC, and Plastic Extrusion machinery.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technician with a deep understanding of industrial automation and electrical systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor Vinyl, SPC, and Plastic Extrusion machines to ensure seamless production cycles.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and immediate troubleshooting for PLC-controlled systems (Omron, Siemens, Delta).
- Configure and adjust HMI parameters to optimize machine output and product quality.
- Conduct systematic electrical inspections and repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Adhere strictly to K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards across all maintenance and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to report machine performance and provide technical updates.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Execute emergency repairs during shift hours to maintain operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, specifically with extrusion lines.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Omron, Siemens, or Delta systems).
- Strong knowledge of HMI parameter settings and industrial automation.
- Certified in K3 Umum (General Occupational Health & Safety) is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems and schematic reading.
- Technical or Vocational degree (SMK/D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
