Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components.
- Conduct regular inspections of company facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Execute minor repairs such as painting, carpentry, fixture installation, and surface restoration.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address urgent maintenance requests and facility concerns.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of maintenance tools, parts, and consumable supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including workplace safety protocols.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of equipment for office or operational use.
- Prepare periodic maintenance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Training in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Maintenance.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in facility maintenance or a similar trade role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repair procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting equipment and working in various environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
