Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on building structures, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs and report them to management.
- Execute general repairs including painting, carpentry, lighting replacements, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks comply with company safety protocols and local occupational health standards.
- Coordinate with vendors or external contractors for complex technical issues that require specialized attention.
- Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumable supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair calls during operational hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workshop and service areas.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational training in Electrical, Plumbing, or Civil works is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in general maintenance or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of standard tools, building materials, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects as required by the role.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and a strong sense of safety awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Davao.
- A valid driver's license or professional certifications (e.g., NCII) are a plus.
