Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on resort facilities, including guest villas and common areas.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems promptly.
- Conduct regular checks on water systems, lighting, and specialized resort machinery.
- Execute minor carpentry, painting, and general renovation tasks as required.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and resort operational standards.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house and housekeeping teams to minimize guest disruption during repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMK in Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical is highly preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality setting.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and building repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and building blueprints.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including outdoor/beachfront settings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service quality.
- Disciplined, reliable, and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
