Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining equipment and machinery.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and management in a timely manner.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and work areas.
Kualifikasi
- At least high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance or related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a maintenance staff or similar role (1-2 years preferred but fresh graduates with relevant background are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in Guadalupe Nuevo, Metro Manila and flexible with schedule if needed.
