Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery
- Conduct regular inspections to identify equipment issues and prevent failures
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related disruptions
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company maintenance standards
- Order maintenance supplies and manage spare parts inventory
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Basic knowledge of welding, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical fitness for handling heavy equipment and working in industrial environments
- Certification in industrial safety (e.g., K3) preferred
