Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all production machinery and equipment.
- Perform rapid troubleshooting and repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor and record equipment performance data to identify potential failure points.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade manufacturing equipment as required by production needs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine efficiency and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records for spare parts.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols in all tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, PLC, and electrical control systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Ability to work in shifts and demonstrate high reliability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
- Domiciled in or willing to relocate to Kabupaten Bekasi.
