Platinum Group Metals Corporation is seeking a high-caliber Maintenance Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Mariveles, Bataan. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the reliability and peak performance of our extensive fleet of heavy equipment and corporate vehicles.
As our Maintenance Superintendent, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our maintenance programs, from preventative scheduling to complex field repairs. You will play a critical role in strategic planning, including spare parts forecasting and cost-management initiatives, ensuring that our operations remain seamless and efficient. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for all fleet and industrial equipment.
- Analyze equipment downtime data to identify root causes and implement corrective strategies to enhance uptime.
- Manage inventory levels for spare parts, performing accurate forecasting to avoid operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee the procurement and coordination of external mechanical contractors when specialized services are required.
- Enforce strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations across all maintenance operations.
- Prepare detailed budget reports and performance metrics regarding fleet maintenance costs and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Licensed Engineer preferred).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in maintenance management, ideally within the mining or heavy industrial sector.
- Proven track record in managing a diverse fleet of heavy mobile equipment and support vehicles.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and inventory forecasting tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate technical staff.
- Advanced knowledge of diagnostic equipment and modern repair techniques for heavy machinery.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
