Matahari Department Store, one of Indonesia's largest and most respected retail chains, is actively seeking an experienced and highly dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our operations in Balaraja, Banten. By implementing robust preventative maintenance schedules, you will help us minimize downtime, reduce operational costs, and extend the lifespan of our critical retail infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and comprehensive inspections of all store equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Lead, train, and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance technicians and external cleaning staff.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or technical issues, effectively troubleshooting to minimize disruption to store operations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors for specialized repairs and routine servicing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, inventory of spare parts, and equipment manuals.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations in accordance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in facility maintenance, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role (retail or commercial experience is highly preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and general building repairs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop technical staff.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed maintenance logs, reports, and budgets.
- Willing to be based in Balaraja, Banten, and available to be on-call for emergencies or work during peak retail seasons.
