Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all production facilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and staff
- Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate repairs to ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Manage maintenance inventory and procurement of necessary parts and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review
- Coordinate with other departments to align maintenance activities with production schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in maintenance supervision or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance principles
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in maintenance planning, scheduling, and budgeting
