Are you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for operational excellence? Danapaint Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations across our two production plants, ensuring that our machinery and infrastructure operate at peak efficiency.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and implement best practices to minimize downtime. You will play a critical role in supporting our production targets by ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with safety and environmental standards. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our facility.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily maintenance operations across two plant locations to ensure optimal equipment availability.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance programs.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system failures effectively.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on equipment performance, downtime analysis, and maintenance costs.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize equipment efficiency and energy consumption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or paint/chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, PLC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Utara and work flexible hours when required.
