PT Satu Dental Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our clinic operations, ensuring that all physical facilities, retail branches, and dental equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and functionality.
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for proactive maintenance schedules, urgent repairs, and facility upgrades. You will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless experience for both our dental practitioners and our patients. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all clinic and retail locations.
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and performance oversight.
- Coordinate with vendors and external contractors for specialized repairs and facility renovations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, service logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to ensure minimal operational disruption.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives across all branches.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding facility status, maintenance costs, and capital expenditure needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Facility Manager, or in a similar leadership role, preferably in a retail or medical clinic environment.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, diagrams, and operational manuals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
- Ability to travel between clinic branches within the Jakarta area as required.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic proficiency in English is a plus.
