Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure operational continuity.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for all plant machinery and utility systems.
- Manage rapid response efforts for equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime and impact.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards, food safety regulations, and environmental protocols within the plant.
- Oversee spare parts inventory management and procurement to ensure timely availability of components.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement solutions for long-term reliability.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to maintenance staff to elevate team capabilities.
- Coordinate with production managers to plan maintenance activities that align with production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Licensed Engineer is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in industrial equipment troubleshooting, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and food industry standards.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino/Cebuano.
