Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across all building systems
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for equipment/facilities
- Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance team performance
- Manage maintenance inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Respond to emergency repairs and operational disruptions
- Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and improvement proposals
- Optimize energy consumption and sustainability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in maintenance supervision leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience with CMMS software and maintenance protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience in budget management and cost optimization
