Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all company facilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and priorities
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for management review
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or similar role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in maintenance management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in maintenance management or related field is preferred
