- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities, and facility systems
- Lead, train, and mentor maintenance personnel to ensure high-quality work standards
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Monitor maintenance inventory and order necessary parts and supplies
- Coordinate with production departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems
- Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in maintenance management software and systems
