Are you an experienced technical leader looking to make a significant impact in the food manufacturing industry? Lancar Jaya Food is currently seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our facility in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah.
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. You will lead the maintenance team to ensure that all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and factory utilities are running at peak performance. Your expertise will directly influence our production uptime, safety standards, and overall facility reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure daily operational excellence.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of MEP systems and factory utilities to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest technical improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the plant.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and perform root-cause analysis.
- Prepare regular technical reports on equipment status and maintenance budget utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of MEP systems, factory automation, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a technical team effectively.
- Proficient in preventive maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, or GMP standards is highly preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset with a high sense of urgency and safety awareness.
- Willing to be based in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah.
