- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of plant machinery and equipment.
- Oversee reactive maintenance and troubleshooting efforts, promptly diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes efficiently, optimizing resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards within the maintenance department.
- Collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes, equipment performance, and overall operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a maintenance supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in food processing or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, automation systems, electrical controls, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and power transmission.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse technical team effectively, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and best practices in industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in Bisaya and Tagalog is a significant advantage for effective team communication and local engagement.
