As the face of our maintenance department, you will collaborate closely with production managers to identify potential issues before they escalate. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all maintenance activities within the facility to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Train and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and janitorial staff.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure availability for repairs.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Certification in safety management or a relevant trade is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or on-call basis as required.
