Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor line technicians in their day-to-day activities to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Plan and implement machine improvement strategies related to production processes to enhance overall product output.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards across all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor production data to identify areas for efficiency improvement and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Manage inventory for spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure operational readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of production machinery, conveyor systems, and processing equipment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and perform duties as required.
