Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily maintenance, repair, and servicing of all Trailer Trucks and fleet vehicles to ensure maximum uptime.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to prevent costly breakdowns.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with local safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of mechanics and support staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics managers to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to delivery schedules.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and lubricants, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
- Investigate mechanical issues and determine the most efficient and cost-effective repair solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the trucking, logistics, or cement manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty Trailer Trucks.
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and communicate with a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Valid Driver's License (Type 2 or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Philippine road regulations and cement handling logistics is preferred.
